Since the following posts have to be filled on a contract basis for the basic health units to be established in different wards under Gaindakot Municipality; Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to submit their application within the office hours till 2077-07-02.

1. Health Assistant (HA)

- Passed the HA course from a recognized educational institution and must be registered in the NHPC.
2. ANM

Required Qualification
- Passed ANM from a recognized educational institution and must be registered in the concerned council.
Additional Information:
Qualifications should be fulfilled
- 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years till the last date of application.
- Not found guilty by the court in criminal cases.
- Not dismissed from service to be disqualified in the future.
- Registered and renewed in the concerned council.
Exam fee: ANM Rs. 300 / -, HA Rs. 500 / -

- Copy of Proof of Nepali Citizenship (Proof of confirmation of permanent address if the permanent address mentioned in the citizenship certificate has changed)

- A copy of the certificate of registration in the concerned council.
