Advertisment For the Teacher and Staff on Contract Service

 

The Advertisement for currently required teacher and Staff for community  school under this sub-metropolitan city under contract agreement and to prepare waiting list that will be vacant later and will be added by paying salaries for  internal income sources of sub metropolitan city, the candidate are selected through open competition examination. The interested candidate  who have met the minimum qualifications can apply the application form. The Application  form can get from the website of the sub-metropolitan city https://dhangadhimun.gov.np and fill the application form and submit it to the education, youth and sports department of this office.

2.Renuremeration and Service Facility :  The teacher and Staff As per the Government of Nepal for Respective level  form recommended by the recruitment committee and contract agreement form the school.

3.Place Of Work : Mentioned on Recommendation from committee .

4. Type Of Examination:

v  For Teacher: the following examination and interview will be conducted based on the syllabus of the relevant level and subject published on https://tsc.gov.np as determined by the Teachers Service Commission.

Ø  Written Examination General and Subjective.

Ø   Interview

v  For School Assistant: objective examination and interview will be conducted as per the syllabus published on the chain site of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan, City Executive Office, https://dhangadhimun.gov.np as determined by the Vacancy Committee.

5.Exam Conducting Method:

For Teacher :

Ø  In the first phase, a written examination of the general subject of the respective level will be conducted jointly for all the subjects of the secondary level and jointly for all the subjects of the lower secondary level.

Ø  Candidates who have passed the general subject written examination will be conducted subject-wise written examination based on the subject-wise syllabus.

Ø  Candidates who qualify in the subject-wise written test will be interviewed.

School Assistant:

Ø   Objective examination will be conducted based on the prescribed syllabus in the first stage.

Ø  There will be an interview test for the candidates who have passed the objective test.

6. Exam date time and Location:  

v  Date:2081  Kartik 11  Morning

v  Time :11:00 O’clock

v  Location: Panchodaya Secondary School, Hasanpur-5 Dhangadhi.

 

7. Exam Fee:

v  Secondary Level: Rs.1000.

v  Lower Secondary Level: Rs. 700.

v  School Assistant(Helper) Rs.300.

8.Deadline:

Single Fee: 2081 Kartik 2

Double Fee:2081 Kartik 9.

9.Minimum Qualification:

·       Nepali Citizen.

·       Must have completed 18 years not exceeding 40’years.

·       For School assistant must have passed basic level(8 class) .

·       For teacher must have passed teaching license for respective level.
